Employees begin finalizing Goals/Objectives with immediate supervisor for evaluation period beginning 10-1-22 to 9-30-23. Employees enter and save finalized Goals/Objectives. October 15, 2022 Employees complete and meet with their supervisor to discuss final results and overall performance assessment for evaluation period ending 9-30-22. Supervisors review and approve Goals/Objectives for their direct reports. October 31, 2022 Employees acknowledge supervisor’s Final Assessment and Overall Performance Rating for evaluation period ending 9-30-22. Division leaders finalize evaluations through the “VP Final” function. Division leaders review and approve Goals/Objectives for all non-aligned employees within their division. April 17, 2023 Interim Review for evaluation period opens.Employees submit narrative of their assessment on progress toward their individual goal results. May 31, 2023 Supervisors and their direct reports meet to discuss and complete the Interim Review.Supervisors enter their overall assessment of their direct reports’ progress toward goal achievement. July 15, 2023 Goal Setting and Alignment process begins with supervisor and their direct reports for evaluation period 10-1-23 to 9-30-24. August 15, 2023 Employees enter their Goals/Objectives to supervisor for evaluation period beginning10-1-23 to 9-30-24. September 15, 2023 Employees begin their self-assessment of overall performance for the final evaluation period ending9-30-23. October 15, 2023 Employees complete and meet with their supervisor to discuss final results and overall performance assessment for evaluation period ending 9-30-23.
