Banner 8 was only compatible with Internet Explorer. Banner 9 will work on any type of modern web browser.Banner 9 works well on Chrome, Edge, and Safari and also works on large-screen mobile devices, such as tablets and iPads.We do not recommend using IE for Banner 9 as performance is very slow. You can switch to Expanded by doing the following: 1) Click Tools2) Scroll down to Page Layout3) Click ExpandedDoing so will switch pages for the current Banner session to Expanded Page Layout. This layout must be set again with each new session.
