CHWC is always concerned about confidentiality. For laboratory services, you may opt to self-pay at time of your visit. If you opt to go through your insurance, the company will produce an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that will be sent home to the address on file with the company. Most insurance companies do not put specific diagnosis or treatments on the EOB. However, if you do not want the EOB to go to your home address, you may call your insurance company and request that the EOBs be sent to another address.
